3walls was excited to present Julie Harman Dovan’s work in our spring 2023 pop up. Dovan, who lives and works in Manhattan, is one of a number of artists new to 3walls. Our May pop up showcased four local female artist, all of whom we have met recently. We have been busy visiting studios and meeting new artists this past year. Dovan’s Pony painting was popular and quickly found a new home with one of our clients.

3walls presented the work of three artists we love, Reid+Factor (comprised of Margaret Reid Boyer and Jodie Factor) and Re McBride, at The Other Art Fair (TOAF) in The Brooklyn Navy Yard from May 18-21. 3walls will participate in TOAF again in October 2023 when it returns to Brooklyn. Scenario (pictured above) sold on The Fair’s opening night.

Our clients find 3walls-led studio visits a great way to connect with artists and discover that perfect piece. A selection of Fine’s paintings, including When The Trees Bow (above), now reside in one client’s Manhattan home.

The City Harvest Art Initiative selected 3walls in partnership with the design firm, Emphasis Design, to curate and install artwork for their new headquarters in Sunset Park, Brooklyn. Local artists were commissioned to create site-specific works that honor and reflect the mission of City Harvest in New York City communities. Dalrymple’s painting, Urbanscape; City Harvest (Past, Present, Future), hangs in a conference room at City Harvest.
